We own property too. We couldn’t get cable, or high-speed internet to our home because we live in the country and have a long driveway. There were not a lot of options and no one to help us figure it out. We are lucky because my husband worked in tech for years, so we he knew what he was doing.
And, there is always something to maintain, fix or replace. We are very good at fixing things too.
